Painting has always been a passion, nurtured during studies in both fine art and graphic design back in Vienna. Working with pigments on canvas, creating large-scale pieces, provides a much-needed escape from the digital world.
Painting offers a chance to slow down, immerse in the tactile process, and explore the expressive potential of color and form. These big, bold creations bring balance to a design practice, infusing projects with the depth and inspiration drawn from traditional art.
The «TIDES» series
A vivid exploration of the ocean’s rhythm—where light, movement, and emotion converge beneath the surface. Through bold colours and fluid forms, each acrylic painting captures the energy of underwater realms: the shifting tides, the quiet drift of currents, and the unseen forces that stir our emotional depths.
This abstract series invites viewers to immerse themselves in their own interpretations, evoking a sense of fluidity, wonder, and transformation. Exhibited at Bierwerk Züri in May 2025, this collection brings the spirit of the sea into an unexpected urban backdrop—encouraging contemplation, connection, and a sense of intrigue in the heart of Zürich.
